Our Business Growth Strategy Sessions are designed specifically to lead an organization and/or department through a strategic planning process that will set the course for the future of the organization. This valuable resource serves as a step-by-step guide for business leaders on a journey that will prepare the way for their organization to envision the future and create action steps to make the vision a reality.

Higher Ground Resources will help an organization assess its past and present but then give direction in helping the leadership focus on the future. The process includes developing a purpose statement and a vision statement and also establishing core values that will determine the future destination of the organization. Through your monthly subscription to the Network Hour, you will receive 30 minutes of topical coaching, led by Chris Sonksen, and is followed by 30 minutes of Questions and Answers with Chris and the other members of your group.

Once you subscribe, you will be assigned to a group. It is our intent to keep this group throughout your subscription. The day before your scheduled phone-in hour, you will receive a confirmation email from the Higher Ground office. This email will confirm your group number, phone-in number and access code. Once your hour begins, you will be prompted to introduce yourself to the group and the hour will begin.
